Position Summary
The Psychometrician is responsible for the accuracy and validity of exams by analyzing data that is instrumental to measuring the performance of items and candidates on ISC2 qualification examinations. The Psychometrician supports these efforts by contributing to exam form/pool construction; standard setting benchmarks; job task analyses; the planning of item development workshops; supporting exam security investigations; enforcing program policies and procedures and complying with accreditation requirements for ISC2 certification programs.
Responsibilities
- Develops, updates, and/or reviews policies and standard operating procedures for all psychometric phases of the item and test development cycle and candidate performance data forensics.  | - Independently conducts analyses, replications, and/or quality reviews of psychometric analyses in item calibration, equating & scaling, item and test analyses, differential item functioning (DIF), test construction activities, analyses for technical reports, and data forensics.  | - Evaluates item banks for suitability for various assessment designs and advises internal staff on item development needs.  | - Develops research designs appropriate for various projects.   | - Generates datasets, prepares analysis code, and conducts empirical analyses in support of psychometrics and/or research projects.  | - Supports documenting informational needs for accrediting agencies and audits.   | - Supports on-going psychometric compliance with ISO 17024.  | - Serves as workshop cohost and facilitator for job task analyses (JTAs) and standard settings.  | - Works collaboratively with internal and external partners and follows established protocols to fulfill tasks accurately and on time.  | - Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Position Summary
The Corporate Event Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating and execution of all aspects of governance meetings, including quarterly board of director meetings, as well as select revenue-generating events. This position works directly with multiple internal teams and reports to the Senior Events Manager, Operations, on the Events team. This individual will be a highly motivated, extremely organized, self-directed team player. This is a hybrid position, with an opportunity to work from him as well as onsite, at our the corporate office in Alexandria, VA.
Responsibilities
Board Governance: | • Collaborate with the board governance team to obtain pertinent information for governance meetings to include within the briefing document for submission of RFPs | • Review RFPs and provide a summary of recommendations to include size of meeting rooms, board room chairs, AV equipment, WiFi, international plug adapters, sleeping room requirements, catering, amenities, etc. | • Summary of recommendations prepared and provided to CEO for final review and approval | • Execution of entire event planning from inception to post event follow up to include but is not limited to contract negotiation, catering selections, IT/AV, dinner reservations, and confirming pre-arranged transportation. | • Set-up and maintain endless updates to shared working documents within SharePoint. Responsibilities

Position Summary
The ISC2 Event team offers year-round learning for cybersecurity professionals and is seeking an intelligent and experienced Registration and Data Specialist to lead the registration development process. The main purpose of this role is the management, planning and execution of ISC2 internal and external event registration processes and reporting. This individual will be responsible for keeping the attendee experience in mind, while implementing best practices in registration management and capturing data that will provide insights for marketing and future events. This individual will also own all weekly and post-event registration reporting data, to include data outputs, communications of wins and risks, and summarizing the ‘story’ that the data tells. The Events line of business within ISC2 is a dynamic business where innovation is a key objective. As such, we work in a frequently changing global environment and this role will need to remain flexible, adjust plans, and be highly attuned to the conference development process.
