We are looking for a UI/UX Member Journey Architect to shape and optimize end-to-end digital experiences for members, candidates, and other stakeholders across ISC2 digital platforms. In line with industry standards for UI/UX architects, this role translates business objectives, user needs, and behavioral insights into clear journey maps, touchpoint strategies, information architecture, and intuitive interaction flows that improve usability and accessibility. This position will identify and document current and future-state journeys for high-priority member flows, define measurable success metrics and outcomes in partnership with enterprise architecture, analyze conversion performance, drop-offs, and friction points, and use those insights to recommend roadmap priorities, templates, and backlog improvements. The ideal candidate combines strong journey-mapping and analytical skills with user-centered design expertise to drive UI/UX best practices, improve CSAT, and deliver seamless, effective experiences across web and mobile environments.

The pay range for this position is $112,947 - $151,514/Yr.
Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.
