The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will play a critical role in delivering enterprise-level initiatives by bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. This role will lead efforts to understand, analyze, and document complex business requirements and ensure that they are translated into high-quality technical solutions. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst partners with cross-functional stakeholders and IT teams to influence solution design, manage stakeholder expectations, and guide business analysis practices on large-scale, cross-team initiatives. This includes understanding the impact of proposed solutions holistically, developing use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications to the IT team, and contributing a business or process perspective during design reviews. The role will be responsible for delivering various project related artifacts throughout the Software Development Lifecycle. The role will assist the Software Quality Team to ensure that documented requirements can be easily translated into test cases and ensure that the testing process covers all identified scenarios. The role will assist in the triaging defects and bugs related to assigned projects in a timely manner considering project timelines.
